We're hiring interns.
Malahide Partners is a capital advisory firm focused exclusively on technology companies seeking to raise equity and debt capital. The firm advises founders, boards, and sponsors on transactions ranging from $1M to $100M, spanning first institutional rounds through late-stage, pre-IPO financings.
As an intern, you'll get direct exposure to how capital is raised and deployed across these markets.
Our interns work on real transactions from day one.

- Sourcing and qualifying investors for live capital raises
- Building financial models and pitch books used in active mandates
- Conducting research and due diligence on investment opportunities
- Drafting financial reports and IMs
- Assisting with client presentations and industry analysis
- Supporting capital-raising efforts across various transaction types
Real deal exposure across the full transaction lifecycle.
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and support decision-making
- Proficiency in financial modelling and core finance concepts with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and learn
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
