UK-Based Investment Banking M&A Specialists [$180-$230/hr]

Experienced banking professionals with strong backgrounds in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution.

Strong candidates should have experience working on M&A transactions, including:

  • Financial modeling
  • Company analysis
  • Due diligence
  • Pitch materials
  • Market research
  • Deal execution support

You'll help create, review, and evaluate high-quality banking and M&A scenarios, leveraging your experience in investment banking, transaction analysis, and corporate finance decision-making.
