About the Opportunity
Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program, seeking outstanding professionals to join an elite network supporting students and young professionals in their pursuit of high-stakes careers.
- Earnings Potential: Top mentors earn $50K–$100K+/year, with some earning $3K in a single week (if qualified for WSO Academy Head Mentor roles).
- Flexibility: Work from anywhere, any timezone, on your own schedule.
What You’ll Do
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career guidance.
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small groups through structured sessions, especially around Investment Banking (IB) and Private Equity (PE) recruiting cycles.
- Content Contribution (Optional): Help refine financial modeling and interview prep standards while improving student-facing resources.
- Mentor With Purpose: Share real-world insights and high-quality feedback to help mentees succeed.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking highly qualified professionals with: ✔ Experience in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), Hedge Funds (HF), Sales & Trading (S&T), or similar roles as Analysts, Associates, VPs, Principals, or Engagement Managers. ✔ Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others. ✔ A detail-oriented approach with consistency in delivering thoughtful, actionable advice.
