Senior Associate / Junior Vice President – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) London, UK
Our client, a leading Investment Bank, seeks Senior Associates or Junior Vice Presidents (JVPs) to join their London M&A team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to some of the largest mid-tier transactions, with extensive client and investor interaction.

Responsibilities
- Leading transactions from origination to execution
- Working closely with clients on strategic opportunities
- Collaborating across teams, including investment banking colleagues and external advisors
- Conducting rigorous due diligence and financial modelling
- Supporting pitch Materials and competitive analyses

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Prior experience at Investment Banks (IBs), Top-Practice Law Firms, or Corporate Finance (CF) Boutiques
- Strong track record in taking deals from ideation to close
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
