Investment Banking Specialist - M&A Focus

Position: Investment Banking Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $1,750–$2,150 per completed task
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, pitch materials, and deal structuring. Create realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows such as deal screening, due diligence, and syndication processes. Annotate, label, and validate data across investment banking use cases like financial statement analysis and capital structure optimization. Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like SEC regulations, deal documentation, and financial terminology. Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for financial services AI.

Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank. Background in areas such as M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring. Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks. Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
Series 7, 63, 79 or CFA designation. Experience in industry coverage groups like TMT, healthcare, industrials, or FIG.
