VP, Investment Banking - Energy Transition / Renewables
📍 Austin, TX (Relocation Assistance Available)
A boutique investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its growing Energy Transition team, focused on solar, battery storage, and distributed generation. This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial platform where you'll lead transactions end-to-end, work directly with senior leadership, and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A and project finance transactions from origination through execution
- Build and oversee complex financial models, including tax credit and structured finance analyses
- Manage transaction processes independently and serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Advise developers, investors, and operators across solar, storage, and distributed energy sectors

Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of investment banking and/or project finance experience
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Renewable energy, energy transition, or project finance experience strongly preferred
- VP-level professional seeking increased responsibility and a clear path toward senior leadership
