We are partnering with a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm that is looking to hire a Vice President to join its growing Energy Transition team in London.

The team advises clients across M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on renewable energy, energy transition and sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions.
  • Manage financial analysis, valuation and transaction documentation.
  • Oversee Associates and Analysts throughout live deal execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and other market participants.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to winning new mandates.
  • Work closely with senior leadership across a range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

  • 6–10+ years of relevant investment banking or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong transaction execution experience in renewable energy, energy transition, power & utilities, energy infrastructure, sustainable infrastructure or similar.
  • Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background.
