About the Role: Head of Premium Client Engagement
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of Wealth Managers and Investment Consultants while driving engagement strategies for our ‘premium’ client tier. This role blends product marketing and investment advisory, focusing on new and innovative ways to engage with our large client base effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting your team in executing 1-2-1 and group training campaigns
- Ensuring the premium client base feels valued, has high satisfaction, and delivers strong net inflows
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of individual Investment Consultants tasked with supporting the ‘premium’ segment
- Use data-driven insights to understand Premium client interactions, identify trends, and create opportunities
- Own all aspects of the premium client journey, from satisfaction to net inflows
- Define innovative strategies for engaging the large Premium client base
- Develop and execute 1-2-1 and group (1-2-many) activities with your team
- Lead and oversee key 1-2-many campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to secure resources and needed support to execute plans

Requirements
Must Have:
- A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive attitude
- Self-starter mindset capable of handling high-pressure situations
- Proven team management experience
- Experience driving commercial initiatives that impact business outcomes
- 3+ years in Wealth Management, Investments, or Savings industries (preferably client-facing or marketing roles)
- Deep knowledge of the retail investment space
- Passion for startups with a desire to build a career in Financial Services
