About This Role

We seek an experienced Premium Client Portal Manager to oversee a team of Wealth Managers and Investment Consultants responsible for the highest-tier client segment.

This hybrid product marketing and investment advisory role involves:

  • Defining and executing 1:1 and 1:many engagement strategies to maximise satisfaction and inflows.
  • Collaborating with a small team of consultants who handle individual client interactions.
  • Ensuring the premium client base feels valued, engaged, and motivated for long-term growth.

Key Objectives

✔ **Manage a team of Investment Consultants dedicated to premium clients. ✔ Leverage data to identify trends, optimise client experiences, and leverage opportunities. ✔ Lead premium client lifecycle—from satisfaction monitoring to driving net inflows. ✔ Innovate client engagement—developing tailored campaigns, workshops, and personalised touchpoints. ✔ Execute high-impact 1:many campaigns (e.g., cohort-based communication, webinars, sector reports). ✔ Partner across teams (marketing, product, compliance, research) to secure resources for campaigns. ✔ Set clear commercial targets while balancing client needs with business growth.


Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Commercial Execution

  • Build, mentor, and develop a diverse team of premium investment consultants.
  • Align team goals with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and outcomes.
  • Develop bespoke strategies for premium clients, including tailored financial planning, education, and advisory sessions.

Strategic Engagement & Campaigns

  • Design 1:1 engagement (e.g., personalised guidance, dedicated meetings).
  • Lead 1:many initiatives, including:
    • Cohort-based webinar series.
    • Quarterly/annual financial review frameworks.
    • Bespoke asset class spotlights and trend reports.
  • Drive client retention and acquisition via innovative formats (e.g., “Premium Insights” guide, exclusive virtual events).

Data & Performance Insights

  • Monitor key client success metrics (NPS, retention rates, AUM growth, engagement intensity).
  • Collate and present insights to leadership, recommending course corrections or scaling impactful efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver internationally cohesive campaigns.
  • Act as a go-to resource for the executive team on premium client dynamics.

Requirements

Essential

✅ Talented people leader with proven experience managing teams in financial services (wealth management, investment, or consumer finance preferred). ✅ Commercial discipline—able to plan, cost-justify, and drive measurable outcomes from campaigns. ✅ Fluent in client engagement: experience building trust, guiding complex financial decisions, and delivering high-touch or scalable advisory. ✅ Market and regulatory acumen—deep understanding of UK/EU investment products (SIPPs, ISAs, UCITS). ✅ Medium-term vision: ability to connect strategy to long-term goals while adapting to fast-paced trends. ✅ Start-up/agile mindset: thrives in ambiguous environments, valuing customer-first thinking and creativity. ✅ Relationship first: champions collaboration, clarity, and consistency in messaging.

Preferred

✔ Experience working with AI-driven financial tools or fintech platforms. ✔ Proven experience in product-led marketing (e.g., positioning financial education or innovating client convenience). ✔ SaaS or SaaSTech background, including revenue growth roles targeting midplane segments.
