Investment Delivery Customer Liaison Officer Location: Ropewalks, Newton Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire Salary: £32,000

We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield, managing over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and beyond. Our focus? Ambition—delivering more homes, regenerating communities, and investments in what we own. We ensure housing stability for those in need while striving to be outstanding landlords for our residents.

A fantastic opportunity is now open for an Investment Delivery Customer Liaison Officer to thrive within our team.

The role will require you to support the Investment Delivery Team by:

  • Acting as an effective and efficient tenant liaison for planned investment work in residents’ properties.
  • Ensuring Contract Management compliance covering investment, energy efficiency, and zero carbon programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise actively with residents regarding ongoing property investment updates.
  • Discover and guide development opportunities to align with operational and strategic goals.
  • Provide detailed reporting to management on progress, risks, and performance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to enhance customer experience and streamline service offerings.
  • Monitor health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will likely have:

  • Customer-facing experience, including working closely with contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex multi-million pound projects
  • Strong communication skills, adept at both giving and receiving information from external partners
  • Solid administrative abilities and proficiency in data analysis and report production
