Consumer Duty

Whilst this isn’t a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will impact good customer outcomes by ensuring that we clearly and simply articulate the benefits, positioning, and performance of our investment solutions to advisers with potential new investors and/or existing clients.

This supports the Consumer Understanding and Consumer Support outcomes of the Consumer Duty.

About You

You will have extensive distribution experience of multi asset investing to financial advice firms. In addition, you will have a thorough knowledge of associated areas such as financial markets, economics, and regulation.

As a strong and articulate presenter, you will have the ability to simplify complex messages so that they are easily understood by a wide range of audiences.

You will be able to operate as part of a high calibre team, with the ability to work with a wide and diverse range of people.

Ideally you will have a background working with UK financial advisers, ensuring that good customer outcomes have been met through provision of appropriate technical investment-related information.

Ideally you will have full Chartered Status within CII/PFS route and or CFA or progress towards.
