About The Role

Location: Homebased, United Kingdom (Travel required - Must be based in the South West/Midlands regions to cover area)

The Investment Sales Directors represent the Quilter Investment team, promoting our market leading multi asset capabilities to financial advice businesses. The primary focus is on the growth and retention of our multi asset investment solutions.

You will take responsibility for a region and promote our investment solutions to advisers in this area. You will act both independently and in co-ordination with platform sales colleagues to deliver a sales target for your region.

As a thought leader, you will support our sales and relationship management teams with technical knowledge, sales ideas, and planning activity around our multi asset investment solutions. Working closely with our marketing teams, you will help to develop appropriate presentations and collateral which bring to life the value of Quilter multi asset investment propositions.

You will be called upon to present at industry events and conferences to a high standard on both the main stage and within break out environments. And by engaging with leading financial adviser firms, you will simplify technical complexity and ensure that key messages are clear, relevant, and understood.

Consumer Duty

Whilst this isn’t a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will impact good customer outcomes by ensuring that we clearly and simply articulate the benefits, positioning, and performance of our investment solutions to advisers with potential new investors and/or existing clients. This supports the Consumer Understanding and Consumer Support outcomes of the Consumer Duty.

About You

You will have extensive distribution experience of multi asset investing to financial advice firms. In addition, you will have a thorough knowledge of associated areas such as financial markets, economics, and regulation.

As a strong and articulate presenter, you will have the ability to simplify complex messages so that they are easily understood by a wide range of audiences.

You will be able to operate as part of a high calibre team, with the ability to work with a wide and diverse range of people.

Ideally you will have a background working with UK financial advisers, ensuring that good customer outcomes have been met through provision of appropriate technical investment-related information.

Ideally you will have full Chartered Status within CII/PFS route and or CFA or progress towards.
