Newly Qualified Associate – Investment Funds
Location: London
A leading international law firm is presenting an outstanding opportunity for a Newly Qualified Associate to join the Investment Funds team in London.
The team provides sophisticated legal advice to a prestigious client base, including private equity sponsors, asset managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions, on:
- Fund establishment
- Structuring
- Operational matters across cross-border investment activities
Associates gain exposure to complex deals in:
- Private equity
- Infrastructure
- Real estate
- Credit
- Other alternative asset classes

Key Responsibilities
- Acting on fund formation mandates
- Advising on cross-border structuring needs
- Supporting compliance, regulatory, and transactional complexities
- Developing strong drafting and analytical expertise
Requirements
- NQ qualification (or qualifying shortly) in England & Wales
- Training contract experience with a well-regarded investment funds practice
- Exceptional academic record
- Technical drafting and analytical skill
- Passion for investment funds and alternatives
