Investment Funds Associate (Secondaries) | Mid-Level | London
We are working with a leading US law firm that is seeking a talented mid-level Investment Funds Associate with secondaries experience to join its highly regarded London office.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading investment funds practice advising an outstanding client base of:
- Private equity sponsors
- Institutional investors
- Fund managers
- Other market participants
on a broad range of sophisticated secondaries transactions, including:
- LP-led and GP-led secondaries
- Continuation funds
- Tender offers
- Fund restructurings
- Complex liquidity solutions
Transactions often involve significant cross-border elements.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be:
- England & Wales qualified
- Gained experience at a leading City, US, or international law firm
- Have a strong background in investment funds, with demonstrable experience advising on secondaries transactions
- Possess:
- Excellent technical skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- The ability to manage complex matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
