We're building Icon Training, an AI-powered fitness platform that helps trainers and athletes scale their coaching worldwide — giving their audience access to a personalised AI version of them, 24/7.
Role Description
This is a remote role on our Growth Team for ambitious individuals who want hands-on experience in startup fundraising, investor relations, and early-stage business development.
This is an unpaid position, with commission-based earnings and long-term opportunities for strong performers.

What roles you can choose from:
- Researching and identifying angel investors and family offices relevant to our sector
- Conducting professional outreach on behalf of the company across LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Qualifying investor interest and directing prospects toward the founder for follow-up calls
- Supporting the development of outreach materials and investor communications

Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to represent a brand professionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time remotely
- Interest in finance, technology, fitness, or the startup ecosystem
- Any experience in sales, business development, or investor relations is a plus - but not required
