Investment Manager

Gloucestershire | £50,000 – £70,000

A growing boutique wealth management firm is seeking an Investment Manager to join its expanding team in Cirencester.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will inherit an existing discretionary client bank and play a key role in servicing clients, conducting portfolio reviews and supporting the ongoing development of the firm’s investment proposition.

This opportunity would also suit an Assistant, Associate or Investment Manager looking for greater responsibility within a smaller, client-focused environment.

  • Manage and service an existing discretionary client bank
  • Conduct client portfolio reviews and meetings
  • Execute trades across advisory and discretionary portfolios
  • Monitor portfolio performance and asset allocation
  • Attend Investment Committee meetings
  • Support portfolio rebalancing and investment strategy implementation
  • Prepare suitability reports and investment documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for discretionary investment clients

Requirements

  • Experience within discretionary investment management or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of investment markets and portfolio construction
  • Experience working with client portfolios
  • Level 4 qualified as a minimum
  • Chartered status or progress towards Chartered qualifications preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
