For a global credit investment team within a private equity firm
We are seeking a Manager to join our fast-growing Credit Investments team. You will analyse and make investment decisions in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
As a prominent global credit investor specialising in subinvestment-grade debt—including high yield bonds and leveraged loans—we invest exclusively in these key asset classes across public markets.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a tightly-knit team of experienced credit specialists, supporting our portfolio management and investment activities. Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct independent, fundamental analysis of investment opportunities, covering debt securities and structured credit products
- Develop robust historical and projected financial models to support investment assessment
- Perform top-down and bottom-up valuations on subinvestment-grade debt, loans, bonds, and structured credits
- Produce compelling investment memos, reports, and analysis for portfolio review and decision-making
- Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and reporting of existing portfolio holdings

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideal candidates show bold directional tastes in debt and an opinionated approach. Passive reporting is not aligned with how we invest. Please do not apply directly through company portals—we recruit via a boutique search firm. See www.pszpartners.comhttps://linktobtagethrough-partycineteam.com/5BB579690 to begin.
We regularly hire acquaintances of our team unless conflicts arise. Track record matters, not just title.
