About The Role

Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) is the specialist property investment management arm of Knight Frank. With access to over 125 years of real estate experience and expertise, KFIM combines the agility and independence of a specialist investment management business with the reach, insight and resources of the world’s largest privately owned property consultancy.

Operating across the UK and European markets, KFIM partners with institutional and private investors to deliver considered, performance-led real estate investment solutions.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Investment Manager to join KFIM and support the management of commercial separate account mandates for institutional and private investors.

Working closely with Senior Investment Managers and Portfolio Managers, you will play a key role in executing investment strategies across diverse UK portfolios, including industrial, retail, hotels and office assets.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact. You will help oversee property portfolios, develop and implement asset management strategies, analyse acquisition and disposal opportunities, monitor performance, and deliver value for clients, with a strong focus on absolute returns, income generation and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a range of commercial property assets, ensuring investment objectives are met.
  • Create and implement detailed asset plans that support performance across portfolios.
  • Use financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess risks, returns and strategic options.
  • Prepare investment papers, quarterly reports and client presentations, translating property and financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, internal specialists and wider Knight Frank teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency and professional service providers.
  • Support investment transactions and help source opportunities aligned to portfolio strategies.
  • Work closely with the Head of ESG to advance sustainability initiatives.
  • Engage with and oversee third-party service providers to ensure excellence across portfolio management activity.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded real estate professional who brings:

  • 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • RICS qualification and a relevant degree.
  • Experience in investment strategy and asset management, ideally within UK commercial property.
  • Experience in, or a desire to develop within, a client-facing role.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and support investment decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • A critical-thinking mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across teams, clients and external partners.
  • A genuine passion for real estate investment and sustainable investment outcomes.
