The Company
An established Boutique Wealth Management firm. Specialising in Ultra High Net Worth Clients and Investment Management.
The Role
This opportunity would really suit an individual who has 1-2 years’ Investment Operations / Middle Office experience within an Investment Management or Asset Management firm, and is keen to develop in this area.
The Investment Operations Administrator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks impacting the private client and internal funds areas.
The Investment Operations Administrator will develop a close working relationship with the operational teams, have regular interaction with other departments and maintain key relationships with external providers and third party administrators.
The Investment Operations Administrator will have frequent interaction with the Outsourced Provider, Fund Managers, Third Party Administrators and Custodians and team members to ensure appropriate oversight is maintained.

The Investment Operations Administrator will perform daily monitoring and processing of fund deals in/out into the core system ensuring up to date cash balances in respective funds.
The Investment Operations Administrator will monitor failed trade settlement notices.
The Investment Operations Administrator will manage workflow queues, mailboxes and process Account Opening and Closing, Proxy Voting and Corporate Actions.
The Investment Operations Administrator will monitor price checks to ensure they are within regulatory thresholds and will perform Liquidity Analysis and Fund openings and Fund closings with associated Transfer Agent set ups.

The Investment Operations Administrator will reconcile stock, cash and trading activity between external custody, internal settlement book of records and fund administrators.
The Investment Operations Administrator will deal with investor related queries and requests.
The Candidate
- 1-2 years minimum experience working in a relevant Investment operations role within Investment Management, Wealth Management or Asset Management
- Knowledge of core operational processes (Fees, Trails, Fund Operations, Corporate Actions, Reconciliations, Payments, Account Opening, Transitions)
- Keen to work towards IAQ or IMC qualifications if not already achieved.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Organised and able to prioritise
