My client, a top Wealth Manager, is looking to hire an Operations Associate.
They are 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
You must have some experience mentoring/supervising more junior staff.
Operational Oversight – Supporting the day-to-day flow of work across the team, helping to ensure tasks are prioritised, completed within agreed deadlines, and escalated where required. Providing feedback to the Client Operations Manager on team activity, risks, issues, and areas where further support may be needed.
Checking & Oversight – Reviewing more complex work completed by Associates and Assistants, acting as the first line of support for operational queries, and providing practical guidance where a second review is needed.
Data Entry – Reviewing and approving data change requests made by the team. Maintaining sensitive data, including client and adviser firm bank account details and adviser-to-investor relationships.

Client Onboarding and Transfer Agency – Performing final reviews of application onboarding processes, including due diligence checks and sign-off. Reviewing work completed by Associates within the team, including encashments and transfers.
Cash Management, Client Money and Asset Reconciliations – Reviewing and validating cash management entries completed by Associates and acting as the first approver of CASS-compliant Client Money and Asset Reconciliation submissions.
Dealing – Reviewing and approving periodic dealing events, including subscriptions and withdrawals from the service, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in line with operational procedures. Supporting the facilitation of ongoing adviser and service fee payments.

Client and MI Reporting – Producing and distributing regular reports to clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
Information Management – Supporting the allocation and oversight of team enquiries, assisting junior team members with response quality and client service delivery, and handling more complex operational queries where required.
Process Improvement and Change – Supporting the Client Operations Manager with process, product, and business changes. Contributing ideas to improve team procedures, operational efficiency, and the client experience.
Ad-Hoc Projects – As a more senior member of the team, you may occasionally be required to contribute to projects as they arise.
