Job Title/Location: Investment Product Manager, London
Salary
£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus c.£10,000 + pension contribution to c.£10,000
Office/WFH
Office based 12 days per month, the rest is WFH
Requirements
Open to a broad range of investment experience (investment/asset management, proposition development, product management, investment consulting), will also look at the DC post-retirement market
Role Snapshot
This role acts as a bridge between investment, distribution, client, platform and operational teams, helping to turn investment expertise, market insight and client needs into clear proposition priorities and practical actions.

This company has built a great reputation for developing people. There are several initiatives pending, meaning that they will be expanding various teams within the business, although this role replaces an internal mover in a team of 6 (3 in London & 3 overseas).
The Role
In this Investment Product Manager role, you will support the development, enhancement & launch of investment products & solutions, using competitor analysis, client feedback, regulatory insight & product data to identify opportunities, shape product positioning & keep offerings aligned to business priorities. You will need to bring structure to complex topics, communicate investment concepts clearly & confidently, whilst driving initiatives forward in a changing environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Support investment related strategy discussions & define proposition priorities across retail & institutional channels.
- Prepare high quality papers, presentations & recommendations for senior stakeholders, governance forums & committee meetings.
- Identify market/product/client trends to help inform investment proposition priorities & product road maps.
- Review the existing investment product line up & identify opportunities for enhancement, consolidation or new product development.
- Support early stage product design, including target market, product features, vehicle considerations, commercial rationale & client demand.
- Assess proposition performance, inc. customer outcomes, profitability & ongoing suitability.

Experience/Skills Required
For the Investment Product Manager role, our client is open to a range of experience within investment/asset management, proposition development, product management, investment consulting. They will also look at the DC post-retirement/workplace investing markets. You should be able to communicate with clients about topics such as fund management and master trusts, be a self-starter, be commercially aware, customer focused and interested in improving client outcomes.
Additional Information
The salary for the Investment Product Manager role is c.£75k. Average bonus of c.£10,000 & company pension contribution to c.£10,000. There is an excellent benefits package, WFH flexibility (12 days p/m in the office) and great opportunities to develop further.
