Aksia Overview Aksia is an alternative assets specialist providing investment solutions for institutional investors globally. We offer investment management, advisory and research services across Hedge Funds, Private Credit, Private Equity and Real Assets. As of November 30, 2025, Aksia advises on over $329 billion and manages $35 billion of client capital across funds-of-one, SMAs and products. Team Overview The Aksia Real Assets team is a global, 16-member team charged with full management of Aksia’s Real Assets investment business, encompassing Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Natural Resources. The team’s responsibilities span investment sourcing and due diligence, client portfolio management, and industry research. The team currently advises on nearly $60 billion across a variety of client relationships, ranging from advisory mandates to SMAs. Position Overview Aksia is seeking an Investment Professional to join its Real Assets team in Europe – preferably London, Zurich, or Munich, but other cities can also be considered. The successful candidate will assist in the management and continued build-out of the firm’s global Real Assets business - including investment leadership, client engagement, portfolio construction, business development, and team leadership. We are looking for a candidate with a proactive, investment management-oriented mindset who can identify unique investment ideas and effectively communicate them to build consensus using qualitative and quantitative means. This candidate must demonstrate a track record of independent thinking and a willingness to challenge conventional wisdom. Responsibilities Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of Real Asset opportunities with focus on infrastructure co-investments, primaries and secondaries. Additional expertise in other Real Asset segments is a plus Cultivate and manage external sourcing partner relationships to proactively originate and shape investment opportunities Apply independent judgement and critical analysis to all investment opportunities Work directly with the firm’s Real Assets clients across a variety of different investment mandates, ranging from non-discretionary to discretionary in nature Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to team marketing and thought leadership efforts Mentor, manage, and develop junior investment professionals Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Real Assets investments, transaction advisory, or financing Demonstrated ability to think critically and proactively identify and evaluate investment opportunities Comfortable expressing well-reasoned skepticism about investment opportunities to various stakeholders Strong writing, financial modeling, and analytical skills Excellent communication and networking abilities, including comfort with public speaking in front of small and large audiences across a variety of different investment themes and topics
