We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.

The Role

The Investment Proposition Oversight Analyst supports the effective oversight of investment propositions delivered via third-party partnerships (including FNZ). The role is responsible for day-to-day oversight activities, monitoring, MI production and issue management to ensure that third-party platform services operate in line with M&G’s Third Party Risk Management & Outsourcing (TPRMO) Framework, internal controls and regulatory expectations.

The role supports senior colleagues by providing clear visibility, timely escalation and robust assurance across service performance, risk and customer outcomes for platform-based propositions. The role holder will carry out responsibilities through oversight and coordination, relying on appropriately qualified subject matter experts across business areas such as Technology, Operations, Finance and Risk for technical input and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Third Party Oversight Support

  • Support the oversight of third-party platform arrangements (including FNZ) in line with the TPRMO Framework and Outsourcing Policy
  • Act as a key contact point for oversight activity relating to assigned platform arrangements
  • Support Third Party Arrangement Owners (TPAOs) and Arrangement Managers (TPAMs) in meeting their governance and oversight obligations
  • Maintain sufficient understanding of the services provided by investment outsourcing partners and their associated risks to support effective oversight, assurance and escalation

Monitoring, MI & Controls

  • Produce and maintain oversight MI, including:
    • Service performance against SLAs and KPIs
    • Incident, breach and issue tracking
    • Risk indicators and emerging themes
  • Monitor third-party service performance and identify trends or concerns requiring escalation
  • Support the operation of platform oversight forums (e.g. SteerCos, working groups), including preparation of papers, packs and action logs
  • Apply informed judgement and constructive challenge when reviewing oversight information, incident trends and SME inputs, ensuring risks are fully understood and appropriately escalated

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
