Role Overview

As our Investment Support Administrator your responsibilities are to:

  • Generate switch forms and accurately rebalance clients on platforms (where applicable), complete buys and sells and postal fund switch requests.
  • Complete all tasks delegated by the Switch Team Supervisor and Senior Administrators to meet SLAs
  • Collation of switch documents by selecting the appropriate recommendations made by Investment Research relating to Client investment holdings.
  • Respond to telephone and inbox queries in relation to fund switches, escalating where necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate diary management and record-keeping processes to ensure appropriate activity audit trails are maintained in line with the Firm’s compliance standards.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of Consumer Duty.
  • Strictly adhering to GDPR regulations and how AFH Wealth Management seeks to comply with FCA requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Experience working towards and achieving productivity targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven experience delivering this to a high standard.
  • Experience with handling multiple tasks at any one time.

Desirable

  • Experience using both Microsoft applications and industry-specific software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, and Xplan, Provider Platforms etc).
  • Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
