Role Description
The Investor role is a partnership/co-ownership role with a hybrid work model that allows the investor to visit anytime. The investor will engage in evaluating BoseatsAfrica’s business model, growth strategy, and financial projections to inform capital allocation decisions. Day-to-day activities include reviewing performance metrics, participating in strategic planning discussions, and providing guidance on market expansion, partnerships, and risk management. The role also involves collaborating with founders and key stakeholders, attending periodic meetings, and supporting governance and oversight activities to help ensure sustainable growth and scalability. The investor is expected to contribute industry insights, network connections, and strategic input that enhance BoseatsAfrica’s long-term value.

- Experience in investment analysis, and access to funding
- Ability to invest and contribute financially to Boseats' growth
