About the Role

One of our clients is actively seeking an Investor cum Director to join their a nonprofit venture dedicated to advancing social causes. This unique role combines financial investment with board-level leadership, offering the opportunity to directly shape governance, fundraising, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Funding

  • Contribute financial support to strengthen the mission-driven initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input on fundraising strategies, grant applications, and donor engagement.

Board-Level Governance

  • Serve as a Director, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standards.
  • Participate in board meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, investors, and grant-making institutions.
  • Represent the in external discussions with stakeholders and partners.

Strategic Growth

  • Support leadership in aligning funding with social cause objectives.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum experience 5-10 years in fundraising, grants, or investment-related roles.
  • Prior experience serving as a Director in nonprofit, social impact, or hybrid ventures.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Commitment to transparency, fairness, and advancing social causes.
