About the Role
One of our clients is actively seeking an Investor cum Director to join their a nonprofit venture dedicated to advancing social causes. This unique role combines financial investment with board-level leadership, offering the opportunity to directly shape governance, fundraising, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Funding
- Contribute financial support to strengthen the mission-driven initiatives.
- Provide strategic input on fundraising strategies, grant applications, and donor engagement.
Board-Level Governance
- Serve as a Director, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standards.
- Participate in board meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes.

Desired Profile
- Minimum experience 5-10 years in fundraising, grants, or investment-related roles.
- Prior experience serving as a Director in nonprofit, social impact, or hybrid ventures.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Commitment to transparency, fairness, and advancing social causes.
