Overview
This is a full-time Analyst position within the EMEA Business Development group of a global asset manager, based in London. The team works with institutional and private-wealth clients across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, helping them achieve their investment objectives through the firm's range of strategies.
Clients served by the group include public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, foundations and endowments, independent wealth managers, family offices, and private banks. The role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, investment knowledge, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior Business Development team members in building and deepening relationships with institutional and private-wealth investors. Develop strong product and asset class knowledge across the firm's strategies and demonstrate ongoing interest in the investment management industry. Liaise with colleagues across Business Development to update marketing materials and distribute intellectual capital, including white papers, webinars, and research analysis. Manage the completion of Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, and Due Diligence Questionnaires to a high standard and within required timeframes, coordinating with relevant internal teams. Work with portfolio managers to create and maintain high-quality, up-to-date presentation materials. Serve as a point of contact for existing investors, coordinating responses to inquiries by marshalling appropriate internal resources. Coordinate client meetings and conference calls with investors. Act as an internal point of contact for sustainability-related projects and investor inquiries on ESG matters.

Skills & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a Science, Quantitative, or Engineering discipline from a strong academic institution is preferred. Two to three years of relevant post-undergraduate experience in a professional services environment; backgrounds in financial services, investment management, or management consulting are advantageous. High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required. Excellent academic credentials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. High degree of intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for developing and implementing ideas. Professional working proficiency in Danish and/or German is preferred but not required.
