Investor Relations Analyst/Associate | Leading Private Credit Manager | London (German Speaking)
Our client, a leading provider of private credit strategies with a highly diversified multi-strategy platform, is looking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst or Associate (level dependent on experience) to join their Investor Relations team in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Support asset raising efforts and investor relationships alongside the Business Development team
- Take primary responsibility for prospective investors' due diligence processes, including delivering high-quality responses to investor questions and maintaining the RFP database
- Hold day-to-day responsibility for existing LPs in a dedicated region, covering standard/bespoke reporting, ad hoc client service, marketing presentations, DDQs, data room oversight, and events
- Manage the process for closing investors into funds, liaising with prospective investors, internal teams, external counsel, and fund administrators
- Ensure the timely release of standard and bespoke investor reporting, including quarterly performance and financial reporting
- Support fund launch processes, including preparing launch timelines and acting as point of contact for placement agents and other marketing third parties
- Maintain external databases with up-to-date information on existing funds and funds coming to market

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years' experience in private markets investor relations, investment banking or audit (more experienced candidates may be considered at Associate level)
- Fluency in German is required, in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated fluency in private markets and the credit asset class
- Strong understanding of fundraising dynamics
- Proficient in Excel and can champion AI to improve workflows/efficiencies
