Our client, a leading global, credit-focused alternative investment manager with a diversified platform spanning private credit, liquid credit, asset-based finance, and real estate, is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join their Business Development & Investor Relations team in London.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team responsible for fundraising, marketing, product management, and investor relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and supporting institutional client relationships across Europe, working closely with senior team members throughout the full sales and IR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep product knowledge across the firm's Private Credit platform
- Support the development of marketing and investor materials (flipbooks, performance analytics, market commentary)
- Synthesize third-party market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with senior BD professionals to build and strengthen institutional investor relationships
- Manage the team's pipeline and provide general sales support from initial engagement through execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IR, Fund Management, Legal & Compliance, and Investment teams
- Respond to inbound investor inquiries and literature requests
- Maintain CRM records for all sales-related activity

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree with 1.5-3 years' experience, in investment banking
- Strong understanding of financial markets and alternative investments
- Excellent quantitative and technical skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential)
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, a high sense of urgency, and strong professional integrity
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and granular detail
