About the Role

This critical Investor Relations Operations Coordinator role sits within a growing London-based IR team, supporting global investor engagement in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment. You will own the coordination and execution of investor meetings, due diligence, and large-scale events, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple international offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex investor meetings and due diligence processes across multiple time zones.
  • Plan and deliver key investor events, including annual meetings, roadshows and live events.
  • Manage logistics, including venues, travel, suppliers and technical setups.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external partners globally.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and investor databases.
  • Support the development and optimisation of operational processes.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges to ensure seamless execution across all activities.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • Significant experience in Investor Relations operations, executive support, IR coordination or event delivery in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience in co-investments and secondaries processes.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders in a high-intensive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration across global teams.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel as required.

Additional Information

  • Competitive salary + discretionary bonus.
  • Core hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility during peak periods.
  • Hybrid working: Typically 1 day per week from home (flexible based on business needs).
