Fracct is a real estate investment and financing platform specialising in structuring, funding, and co-investing in high-value real estate opportunities across Western Europe and the UK.
Our expertise includes:
- Residential and commercial bridge loans
- Development and acquisition financing
- Direct and partner-based lending (supported by institutional & private capital)
- Strategic exits and asset management
By combining direct lending with access to institutional lenders, family offices, and private capital, we empower seamless capital deployment and portfolio growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Investor Relations Executive to raise critical capital for our private credit strategy, building relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) across Europe and the UK.
As the key point of contact for investors, you’ll present opportunities, secure commitments, and drive funding to fuel Fracct’s sustained growth. This is a high-impact dyad-to-young-entrepreneur role ideal for someone with a proven track record in corporate fundraising and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising & Relationship Development
- Actively identify and engage with institutional investors, family offices, and alternative asset managers.
- Present the Fracct Bond instrument to prospective investors, demonstrating investment potential.

Investor Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and investment partners.
- Lead investor meetings, pitch sessions, and due diligence discussions.

Fundraising Execution
- Negotiate and close commitments for capital deployment.
- Represent Fracct at industry events, conferences, and investor networking sessions.

Operations & Reporting
- Prepare investor proposals and pitch decks.
- Track and report capital-raising pipeline status, closures, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to streamline onboarding.

Strategic Insights
- Share investor feedback and insights to guide funding strategy and investor outreach.
Required Qualifications
✅ Fundraising & Investor Development Experience – Proven skill set in raising capital for private credit, alternative assets, or real estate funds. ✅ Capital Raising Achievements – Successfully raised €5M+ in commitments. ✅ Established Network – Strong connections with European institutional investors, family offices, or wealth managers. ✅ Pitch & Close Expertise – Experience securing investments from high-net-worth and professional clients. ✅ Skills – Masterful negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills. ✅ Industry Knowledge – Deep understanding of real estate finance, bonds, or alternative investments. ✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. ✅ Language Proficiency – Fluent in English; European language(s) highly desirable.

Desired Experience (Bonus Points!)
🔹 Experience in real estate fund or bond fundraising. 🔹 Direct relationships with family offices, HNIs, or professional investors. 🔹 Experience in alternative investment fundraising. 🔹 Knowledge of European investor regulations, preferences, and market trends. 🔹 A track record of exceeding capital-raising targets.
