The Role
The Investor Relations ("IR”) team is led by Cenk Turkinan (Head of Investor Relations) and performs the dual roles of raising capital across Triton’s three investment strategies as well as servicing Triton’s existing investor base, via the Coverage and Investor Services sub-teams. IR also comprises Events, Co-investments and Communications. The Investor Services sub-team is led by Oliver Brook (Head of Investor Services). The team is responsible for supporting capital raising activities, servicing existing investors, generating the materials used for Investor Relations activities and organising investor events.
Triton is seeking to appoint an Intern to the Investor Services team in London. This role will primarily support the service of existing investors or prospects by completing inbound queries and diligence requests. This is an important role for our team and will give the successful candidate a holistic experience working in the Investor Relations team of a leading investment firm.
Responsibilities
- Servicing existing investors or prospects by completing inbound queries and diligence requests
- Preparation of investor communications, marketing materials and data analysis
- Preparation of content and material for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings and other events
- Working closely with the IR Coverage team as well as other teams at Triton, including Investment, ESG, Legal and Fund Control, to ensure information regarding Triton and the portfolio is accurate
- Researching and preparing background materials and reports to support capital raising efforts
