🔹 Role Summary
We are looking for an Investor Relations (IR) Manager to support Galderma’s IR team in shaping and delivering a clear and compelling narrative to investors and analysts.

This dynamic role combines financial analysis, strategic thinking, and communication, with core focus areas being:
- Managing market expectations
- Developing investor materials
- Fostering investor engagement
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining high-level exposure to company performance, strategy, and capital markets.
🆚 Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the IR financial model, analyzing company performance against internal and external benchmarks, and supporting discussions with analysts.
- Translate financial, strategic insights into high-quality investor communication materials such as:
- Presentations
- Press releases
- Q&A briefings
- Analyst reports
- Track market perception, analyst expectations, and peer performance, sharing relevant internal insights.
- Support the preparation and execution of quarterly results and investor communications — end-to-end coordination.
- Oversee investor relations activities:
- Investor meetings
- Conferences
- CRM updates
- External correspondence
- Develop direct interactions with investors and analysts over time.
🎯 Key Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in:
- Strategy consulting
- Investment banking
- Equity research
- Investor Relations (or related fields)
- Strong analytical capabilities, including:
- experience working with financial models
- interpreting complex data
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to:
- translate financial and strategic topics into clear, structured narratives
- Demonstrable business acumen and curiosity, allowing for:
- understanding of differentiation, strategy, and market dynamics
- High level of ownership, with:
- meticulous attention to detail
- ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-exposure environments
