About our client

Our client is a renowned private equity firm investing in market-leading companies across the globe. Owing to their growth, they are now looking to hire an operations focused investor relations professional to complement their established team. The Firm has in excess of €30BN of assets under management and has built an outstanding track record.

What the job involves

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate planning of roadshows and investor meetings
  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of roadshows, including direct engagement with LPs where required
  • Managing logistics, including travel, accommodation, and scheduling
  • Provide regular internal reporting to senior stakeholders on roadshow activity and schedules
  • Coordination of due diligence sessions, working closely with the different teams / assistants / offices where appropriate
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and external communications for investors by updating distribution lists on the DealCloud
  • Contribute to the execution of cyclical investor events, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and LPACs (concentrated mostly on the week of the events)
  • Coordinate ad-hoc investor, update calls, and webinars and coordinate schedules for conferences
  • Own and manage the DealCloud CRM platform, taking ownership for data quality and best practices, with an understanding of the underlying data and its uses
  • Drive continuous system enhancements and to encourage team adoption, overall usage and data quality
  • Maintain accurate investor records, including meeting notes, contact details, and interaction tracking, flagging missing data and assisting with follow-ups where needed
  • Leverage DealCloud insights to support investor targeting, sentiment analysis, and roadshow planning

  • Experience working in private markets or broader alternative asset managers
  • Strong grasp of the English language with flawless written communication abilities
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in event planning and logistics management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and best practices (DealCloud preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in data management and reporting
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
