🚀 Hiring: Investor Relations Representative – Private Equity / Alternatives
📍 Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
📄 Contract: Inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Representative with a strong background in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Fund Administration, or Investor Services to join a leading financial services client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC/AML.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
- Coordinate capital calls and distribution notices.
- Support subscriptions, transfers, and investor lifecycle activities.
- Prepare and distribute investor communications, financial statements, and quarterly reports.
- Maintain investor records and support audit and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Required Skills:
- ✔ 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investor Services, Fund Administration, or Transfer Agency.
- ✔ Strong knowledge of Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Credit Funds, or Alternative Investments.
- ✔ Experience with Capital Calls, Distributions, Investor Onboarding, and KYC/AML.
- ✔ Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
- ✔ Strong Excel skills.
- ✔ Experience with eFront, Intralinks Data Room, or similar investor servicing platforms is an advantage.
