Investor Sales Manager

Investor Sales Manager – TPS (Trades Parts Specialist)

Salary: £48,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)


About the Role

The Investor Sales Manager (TPS) leads and develops Parts Sales teams across Sheffield, Barnsley, Lincoln, and surrounding regions. This role focuses on driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence by effectively managing Mechanical Team Leaders and Parts Sales Executives at three key sites.

In this capacity, you’ll:

  • Direct the sales operation, ensuring high-performance outcomes while upholding the highest customer experience and compliance standards.
  • Balance international travel (1 day per week per site) with face-to-face customer engagement and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day priorities include:

  • People Management: Oversee sales teams in all three territories, fostering a supportive environment and cultivating a high-performing culture.
  • Team Leadership: Coache and drive Mechanical Team Leaders to sustain quality performance in a results-driven context.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth:
    • Analyse sales metrics to pinpoint regional opportunities, devise actionable plans to meet targets.
    • Drive customer conquest in wider territory while maximising existing accounts for higher spends and expanded product sales.
  • Operational Standards:
    • Enforce consistent processes, best practices, and quality measures across all centres.
    • Optimise killing productivity and customer experience through proactive resource planning.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build robust partnerships with internal teams and customers to enhance credibility and long-term engagement.
  • Philosophical Alignment: Embed a results-focused mindset within a unified ‘one team’ ethos.

Requirements & Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • Professional Experience:

    • Demonstrated experience in B2B call centre management (or multi-team sales leadership) within commercial environments.
    • Proven people management track record, including leading managers, team leaders, or direct reports.
  • Sales & Analytical Aptitude:

    • A track record of driving sales growth in high-stakes environments.
    • Ability to manage and inspire geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations.
  • Soft & Technical Skills:

    • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving, and IT proficiency.
    • A clean UK full driving licence is essential.
