Investor Sales Manager - TPS (Trades Parts Specialist)
Location: Hybrid / Multi-site role covering Lincoln, Sheffield and Sheffield North
Salary: £48,000 OTE + Company car
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Investor Sales Manager to lead and develop our Parts Sales teams across three TPS centres in Lincoln, Sheffield and Sheffield North.
This is a hybrid, multi-site position with the responsibility to drive sales performance and customer experience across a wider territory. You'll typically spend one day per week at each centre, alongside time meeting customers face-to-face across the region. A company car is provided to support your travel.
As An Investor Sales Manager Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Full people management responsibility of the Sales teams across Lincoln, Sheffield and Sheffield North ensuring the best colleague experience and an established, high-performing culture.
- Leading, coaching and driving the Mechanical Team Leaders to ensure consistent high performance in a result led business.
- Analysing sales performance, identifying local and regional opportunities, with robust and clear action plans to achieve targets.
- Actively seeking new conquest customers across the wider territory, whilst maximising existing customer relationships to increase average spends and product category opportunities.
- Ensure consistent processes, standards and best practices are implemented and embedded across all centres.
- Measuring and driving KPI results, productivity and quality measures, taking corrective performance management where required.
- Ensuring capacity planning runs efficiently to optimise consistent customer experience via effective resource planning.
- Building strong, professional partnerships with internal TPS stakeholders and customers to promote credibility and longevity measured in customer experience results.
- Creating and embedding a results focused philosophy whilst maintaining a ‘one team’ culture approach across the TPS business.

What we are looking for in an Investor Sales Manager:
- Previous call centre management experience gained in a B2B environment, or multiple sales team management experience
- Previous people management experience, including managing managers or team leaders.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales growth.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Possess a high degree of analytical skill, problem-skill and IT literacy.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
