Junior Invoicing Controller
Talacre, North Wales – 5 days per week on site with occasional Saturday mornings
Outside IR35
Initial 12 Month Contract (Contract to be extended further)
Energy Transition project
An Invoicing Controller is required to support a large Energy Transition project based in Talacre, North Wales on an outside IR35 contract basis
As the Invoicing Controller, you will have some exposure to invoicing activities and ideally have knowledge of SAP/excel.
Responsibilities
- As the Invoicing Controller, you will collect and review all incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Identify and categorize invoices that need to be back charged to clients.
- As the Invoicing Controller, you will prepare the back-up for invoices to be back-charged to clients, ensuring that all relevant details are included.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices received and back charged.
- Generate regular reports on invoices, including the status of collected and back charged invoices.
- As the Invoicing Controller, you will work closely with the finance team, procurement department, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing processes.
