About The Role
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join our dynamic mobile development team at Moneybox. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality iOS applications that enhance our users' financial journey. You will serve as a key contributor within your squad, driving feature implementation, technical excellence, and platform evolution. The role offers the opportunity to influence the technical direction of our iOS platform, mentor junior engineers, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX designers. Our flexible hybrid/remote working model ensures a balance between professional growth and personal flexibility, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in native iOS app development, with a strong command of Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency. A deep understanding of UIKit and legacy code support is essential, along with solid experience managing complex data models using CoreData. Proven architectural leadership skills, including familiarity with SOLID principles, MVVM-C, and server-driven UI, are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a keen eye for accessible and inclusive design, with experience implementing iOS accessibility features. Familiarity with AI tooling integration, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices will be advantageous. A genuine interest in fintech and a passion for building impactful products that serve millions of users round out the profile.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end streams of work, from requirements gathering and API design to deployment and post-release monitoring, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with mobile leadership to define and shape the technical strategy for the iOS platform, including architecture, tooling, and engineering standards.
- Drive the adoption of modern iOS technologies such as SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency, while managing the migration of legacy UIKit components within the app.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and Android developers—to design, develop, and maintain features that are consistent and high-performing across platforms.
- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing, with potential responsibilities in line management as the team expands.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring features are optimized for VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and high-contrast settings.
- Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into development workflows to enhance velocity while maintaining high standards for security, architecture, and code quality.
- Ensure robust testing, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines are in place to streamline the release lifecycle and maintain product reliability.
