iOS Systems Engineer (C++ ARM CPU Computer Vision) London

Onsite to £150k

Are you a low level systems engineer who enjoys pushing mobile hardware to its limits?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role, working on a "tech for good" product with the aim of transforming the lives of the visually impaired.

About the Role

As an iOS Systems Engineer you'll join a cutting edge engineering team developing next generation computer vision technology, where you'll optimise complex mathematical algorithms to run in real time on resource-constrained iOS devices.

This is not a traditional iOS development role - you'll work beneath the application layer, solving challenging performance, memory and concurrency problems to deliver ultra-low latency on ARM based mobile hardware.

You'll create advanced C++ and Rust codebases, optimise sensor fusion algorithms and Ceres solvers, fine-tune threading and memory management and integrate high performance native code with Swift applications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
