Lacuna Space Sales Manager
Lacuna Space is looking for a high-energy, ambitious Sales Manager to join our mission of scaling billable revenues and recurring subscriptions.
This isn’t just a sales role; it’s a career-defining opportunity to be the first point of contact for our global clients and ecosystem partners. You will master the fundamentals of commercial operations — from lead triage to contract execution — with a growth path to take on broader commercial responsibilities in a rapidly scaling environment.

Impact & Growth Responsibilities
- Act as the “Face of Lacuna,” cultivating first impressions across all digital & in-person industry channels
- Drive growth by qualifying high-potential prospects through strategic discovery and relationship building
- Handle legalities by managing the lifecycle of NDAs and other commercial agreements
- Own the revenue cycle by processing quotes and invoices for our core products
- Champion the customer journey from initial onboarding to successful delivery
- Collaborate on high-impact custom proposals for strategic projects
- Build lasting value through proactive relationship management with partners
- Become a master communicator, keeping all internal and external stakeholders aligned
- Sales leadership progression, by owning the CRM data and reporting that drives executive decision-making

Skills
- Dogged determination to chase down opportunities and convert to revenue
- Highly organised individual, able to coordinate others across teams
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills, confident to build lasting relationships from scratch
- Familiarity with a broad range of office applications, and ability to learn specific tools used within Lacuna (Copper CRM, Xero, AirWallex etc)
