An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IP Administration Manager to lead a well-established Records & Formalities function within a highly respected intellectual property firm.

Leading a sizeable team of specialist managers and administrators, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, improving processes and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional administrative support service to fee earners.

This role would suit an experienced leader from an IP administration or legal services background who has a proven track record of managing large teams, implementing change, improving operational efficiency and mentoring managers. Strong stakeholder management, people leadership and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
