Network Manager | Marlow (Hybrid) | £65,000 – £75,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth, where you’ll play a key role in shaping engineering standards, service delivery, and team development.
We’re looking for an experienced IP Engineering Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading high-performing engineering teams, driving technical consistency, and ensuring seamless delivery of network services into live operations.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing engineering teams within telecoms or network service providers Strong understanding of SD-WAN architectures and secure network delivery Experience delivering infrastructure solutions into live service with clear documentation and handover processes Ability to lead third-line engineering and network build teams, managing escalations and project delivery Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language Experience managing licensing across network and security platforms (e.g. Fortinet, Juniper) Demonstrated ability to standardise processes, improve build quality, and drive operational consistency Experience coordinating resources, engineering rotas, and project allocations across teams

Nice to Have
Technical background in Juniper routing and/or Fortinet environments Experience working in regulated or public sector environments Familiarity with external circuit providers (e.g. BT, Virgin, Neos) Certifications such as ITIL v4, Fortinet NSE (4+), Juniper, or Prince2/Agile Experience working closely with vendors, procurement, and commercial teams
