Job Title: IP Sales & Stock Analyst
Department
IP & Retail (working cross-functionally with Toys & Hobby, Prize, Operations, Marketing & Media)
Reporting To
Senior IP Manager
Role Purpose
The IP Sales & Stock Analyst is responsible for producing accurate sales reports for the department and managing the schedule of incoming products that fall under Intellectual Property (IP) across all Bandai Namco Amusement Europe (BNAE) retail and amusement locations.
The role ensures data accuracy, supports decision-making, and helps maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating sales performance insights with inbound product planning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the department.
- Highlight performance against sales targets and product sell-through rates.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across reports.
- Maintain and improve reporting templates and processes.
Stock & Incoming Product Scheduling
- Manage and maintain the schedule of incoming stock and product deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to track inbound products.
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or overstock risks.
- Support the Senior IP Manager with stock planning and inventory optimisation recommendations.
- Ensure delivery information is accurate and up to date in internal systems.

Finance, Systems & Process Support
- Monitor and track payments related to invoices and supplier accounts to ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
- Support Accounts teams by working with the IP Product Supervisor and providing sales and stock data for invoicing.
- Identify and notify management of overdue payments, discrepancies, or payment issues.
- Ensure payment information is accurately recorded and up to date.
- Support system improvements and improvements to process efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from management
General Responsibilities
- Build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, such but not limited to ‘Toys, Hobby & Collectibles’, ‘Prize’, ‘Operations’, ‘Marketing & Media’.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety
- Attend shows as needed to support the setup, management, and breakdown of stock displays.
- Conduct occasional visits to retail locations/rev shares and assist with installs & supporting local teams as required.
- Support the wider IP retail departments with any ad hoc stock-related tasks or special projects.
- To perform such other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company to meet its on-going requirements.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
