Stanton House Partnership Opportunity
Stanton House is partnering with a globally recognised international business operating across multiple jurisdictions. The organisation is entering a transformative period as it prepares for a significant capital markets event, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced executive to play a pivotal role in one of the business's most important strategic initiatives.
This is a complex, high-profile environment with an ambitious leadership team, strong growth trajectory and a collaborative culture. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and external advisers, helping the organisation transition into a public company while shaping governance, reporting and operational readiness frameworks for the future.
Role
We are seeking an experienced IPO Readiness Consultant to partner directly with the CFO and lead the coordination, governance and execution of a confidential IPO readiness programme.
This individual will act as the central point of integration across finance, legal, tax, HR, technology, investor relations and executive leadership teams. The role requires someone who has successfully navigated a listing process before and can bring practical judgement, strong programme management capability and the ability to drive progress in a fast-moving environment.
The position is initially offered as a 9-month engagement with an immediate start required. Preference is for a fixed-term contract, although day-rate arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
