We are excited to offer three new vacancies to join our successful IPS Employment Service in the Kendal/Barrow area. If you live in South Cumbria, you drive, you have experience supporting vulnerable individuals, you have experience working with a small caseload of clients and you have helped clients to find meaningful work, then we invite you to apply. We provide an NHS service to support individuals who are living with severe mental illness, to find or retain meaningful work that fits their needs precisely and aids their recovery. We operate an evidence based service, endorsed by NICE, The Royal College of Psychiatrists and awarded by ERSA & MATRIX. We really do change lives and you too can be part of the team that makes this happen.
