Compensation: £43,550 / year

Description

Location: Isetta Office, Brighton. Travel across West Sussex, East Sussex, Brighton & Hove

Salary: £43,550 per year, pro rata

Hours: 30-37 per week

What you’ll be doing:

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an employment support approach that has been developed for people experiencing mental health and addiction issues. The model offers intensive, individually tailored support to help people to choose and find the right job, with ongoing support for the employer and employee to help ensure the person keeps their job.

As the leading provider of IPS Employment Services in Sussex, we are expanding in all areas and invite you to join our established Leadership team to play a key role in embedding high quality service delivery, aligned to the fidelity model of quality assurance.

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering IPS services and thorough knowledge and understanding of the fidelity scale and review process. In this role you will be required to support teams and individuals to develop their day-to-day practice to a level that maintains high fidelity adherence and best practice as the expected standard.

Knowledge, skills and experience

What you’ll need for the role:

  • Experience of working in IPS Employment Support Services
  • Experience of IPS fidelity review process
  • Experience of delivering target driven services with emphasis on high performance
  • Knowledge of mental health services and how employment supports mental health recovery work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail to drive high quality service delivery
  • A Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which will be paid for by Southdown
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Training:

You’ll receive an initial induction, followed by regular in person training and supervisions to invest in your development and provide all the tools needed to succeed in this role. We’ll help you to gain valuable experience, continually develop your skills and build a great career with the largest provider of housing, care and support in Sussex.
