Quality Assurance Adviser (IQA) – Sector Insurance Authority (SIA) Activation at Capital City College
Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is seeking a skilled IQA – SIA to support and drive key operational functions, shaping the future of education within the capital.
About the Role
Contract: Hourly basis (flexible hours)
Working closely with our teaching teams and management, you’ll ensure high standards of quality assurance and certification, supporting the Security Industry Authority (SIA) licencing framework while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is passionate about quality assurance and partnering with educators to achieve excellence. You should bring:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision
- Clear, professional communication to liaise effectively with teaching staff, students, and senior leadership
- Proactive problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to evolving college needs
- Previous experience in quality assurance, training verification, or regulatory compliance (e.g., SIA, Ofsted, vocational sectors)
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific policies (e.g., Awarding Organisation standards and employment guidance on qualification approval)
