IQOS Romford - Assistant Store Manager

Position: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Romford

Salary: £32,500

Contract: Permanent – 40 hours.

Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and supervise a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive shopping environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet business goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.
  • Flexibility: Openness to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive outlook and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Practical:

Working in conjunction with the Regional Manager to develop relationships with customers driving the following:

  • Ensure strict compliance with "Challenge 25" and confidential data regulations.
  • Organise and manage customer data efficiently and in line with data protection regulations, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Demonstrate perseverance and an adaptable mindset when faced with customer objections.
