EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Investor Relations Analyst to join our high-profile IR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, including the Executive Committee, CEO and CFO, while helping shape and communicate our equity story to the market.
In this fast-paced and visible role, you’ll play a key part in preparing external communications, ensuring our performance, strategy, and vision are clearly articulated to investors and analysts. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, using data and insight to support compelling and accurate messaging.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the delivery of interim, full-year and quarterly results – including presentations, scripts, announcements and Q&A Creating high-quality investor materials such as presentations, reports and website content Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and shareholder movements, turning insights into clear recommendations Producing reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, including the Board and Executive Committee Maintaining market consensus data and providing insight into analyst expectations Delivering financial analysis, modelling and benchmarking to support performance storytelling Supporting engagement with investors and analysts, responding to queries with clear, data-driven insights Helping to plan and deliver investor events, including Capital Markets Days and site visits Ensuring all external communications are accurate, consistent and compliant

How We Work
You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.

That’s why, we value in-person moments to keep our culture alive but also understand the flexibility working from home can bring. So, you'll usually find us in the office, but working from home is supported, when you need it.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders A proactive, self-starting mindset and a genuine interest in financial markets Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at pace across multiple priorities A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across a wide network Resilience, motivation and a strong team spirit

Experience in Investor Relations, financial reporting or corporate communications A background in finance or capital markets Knowledge of the regulated water sector An accountancy qualification (desirable, not essential)
